Hereby agree to

1. Construct all aspects of a Screen size 3 page web site for each member of the I.I.D. syndicate.
2. Promote the sales of quality Irish products and services internationally and domestically.
3. Confirm all orders by fax, e-mail or tel.
4. Pay the craft suppliers upon proof of receipt of goods to the customer (To customer – faxed/e-mailed shipment document and invoice required)
5. List all retail stockists of each member.
6. Will negotiate scheme reductions for members regarding; purchase of cars, vans, insurance, printing, fuel etc.
7. Assist in the alteration and updating of each members site as required.

This agreement will last for a period of 1 year from date of the first standing order payment, no increase in members fees will apply during this period. This is not a binding agreement and may be cancelled at any time by Irish Internet Directories Ltd.
